Course Description【课程简介】：
Macroeconomics is a theoretical economics course. It reveals the contradictions in the process of macroeconomic operations, the law of macroeconomic changes, and the impact of the government’s economic policies on the national economy through the study of interrelationships among the national economic aggregates. The main contents of macroeconomics can be divided into two parts: macroeconomic theory and macroeconomic policy. This is determined by the nature of the discipline and the object of study. The theoretical part mainly includes national income accounting theory, income and expenditure analysis theory, IS-LM model theory, total supply and demand analysis theory, inflation and employment theory, economic cycle and economic growth theory, balance of payments and domestic economy theory. The macroeconomic policy section is based on macroeconomic theories, which mainly include the objectives of macroeconomic policies, policy instruments, fiscal policies, monetary policies, and income policies. In analyzing the government’s economic policies, the focus is on how companies anticipate and adapt to changes in government policies and the impact of changes in government policies on the business environment.

Objects【课程目标】：
Through the study of macroeconomics, students should master the basic theories of macroeconomics: total demand analysis, total supply analysis, economic cycle theory,  economic growth theory, unemployment and inflation theory and conclusions of macroeconomic issues in an open economy. At the same time, they could master the general analysis methods of macroeconomics: the combination of empirical analysis methods and normative analysis methods. Finally, we aim to motivate them to think more about the emergence and development of macroeconomics and use macroeconomic theories to analyze the actual economic problems in China.

宏观经济学是一门理论经济学，它通过对国民经济总量相互关系的研究，揭示宏观经济运行过程中的矛盾、宏观经济变化规律以及政府的经济政策对国民经济的影响。宏观经济学的主要内容可分为宏观经济理论和宏观经济政策两大部分，这是由其学科性质和研究对象决定的。理论部分主要包括国民收入核算理论，收入支出分析理论，IS-LM模型理论，总供求分析理论、通货膨胀与就业理论、经济周期与经济增长理论、国际收支与国内经济的理论。宏观经济政策部分以宏观经济理论为基础，主要包括宏观经济政策的目标、政策手段、财政政策、货币政策、收入政策等。在分析政府的经济政策时，重点放在企业如何预期和适应政府政策变化以及政府政策变化对企业经营环境的影响等方面。
